We're not done until you're working.

Getting you into paid work isn't the bit at the end. It's the point. Every bootcamp gives over half a day every week to careers, with specialists alongside you, and the support carries on for up to six months after you finish.

How the careers programme works

Most training stops when the course does. Ours doesn't. From day one you're working towards real, paid work, not just a certificate. Alongside the technical training, a dedicated half-day every week is given over to careers, delivered online, with specialist support throughout the bootcamp and, through our Opportunity Lab, for up to six months after it finishes. Whether you want a job or you're going freelance, the programme flexes to where you're heading.

This autumn every one of our bootcamps feeds into Tech Talent Champions, our programme with Sussex Innovation that helps Sussex employers hire emerging tech talent. Every learner is put forward to it. Rather than sending your CV into an inbox, you get the chance to show employers what you can actually do, with us making the introductions.
